I love outdoor weddings and Im glad I was able to capture Sarah & Robert's special day on Sept 6. We went to 2 parks (Rocky Point Park and Minnekhada Park) to do some photos and then headed to a hall in Maple Ridge for the ceremony and reception. It was a ton of fun. Also, I experienced something that I've actually never experienced before capturing weddings. I'll show you what I mean.
This is how Sarah & Robert's day unfolded:
Sarah getting her makeup done.
Sarah's shoes
Some makeup gear
The bouquet and rings
Help with the wedding dress
The wedding party
The heavyweights (Julio vs Robert)
Robert and his boys
Some portraits
Im not sure what they were looking at but Im sure I didnt ask them to pose.

What brides do in the limo
Ok, I mentioned that I had experienced something that I had never experience before. Well, there was an incident with the wedding ring! The ring was dropped between the spaces on wooden floor boards. Everything worked out great though but the intensity of the moment had to be captured.
Up above is the best man's shoes while he lay down to see if he could reach the ring beneath the floors. Unfortunately, it didnt work.
Sorry Julio...I had to post this photo of you. Julio had this situation under control though.
If all things fail, open up the floors to grab the ring which is what ended up happening. It didnt take long to get the ring. Yay!
Another photo op of the beautiful bride.
Bride and mom walking down. I love Sarah's expression
Red carpet treatment.
Married at last.
Probably the cutest guest I saw at their wedding.
I love the cabin and trees at the reception. I had to make good use out of them.
Sarah and Robert, thanks for letting me capture your beautiful wedding day.
