Finao Album with Metallic Cover

I received my first album from the fabolous Finao and I am very impressed. Its an album that one must touch, feel, look, and smell (ok, maybe not smell), to really appreciate an album such as this.

Below is a very environmental type packaging that is comprised of handmade paper made from recycled pineapple leaves and finished in recycled mulberry leaves as the ribbon.

The front cover is a metallic cover (called Armour) and its awesome to touch.

Full page spreads and creased centers make an awesome layout display. There are many options to choose from and Im very excited to try out the other album options.

John & Deb's Wedding

I had met John and Deb at a wedding that I captured last summer and they had inquired about potentially capturing their wedding in December. Im honoured that they allowed me to capture their special day on December 20, 2008 at a very intimate wedding venue. It was beautiful.

Here are some of my favs:

The Bebbinar

Last week, I attended an awesome workshop called the Bebbinar by the fabulous Steve and Jen Bebb from Bebb Studio. It's life changing and I was blown away starting the first day. Its no wonder why they are one of the top wedding photographers. I leave the workshop extremely inspired and focused.

We did a quick 1hr photoshoot with a model and it was a refreshing experience to work along side other photographers. Here are some of my takes:

It rained that day so I couldnt really take alot more photos outdoor then I would have liked but it turned out really great though. I love the colors and how Tracy used cranberries throughout the reception (see the ring shot). What a cool idea and what a stunning couple.
